I met Brandell through the internet. I was working overseas for two months and knew that I wanted to see some houses when I returned home. I found her website and completed her questionairre. I can tell you that I was a bit skeptical because I am a one on one person, but within 2 days she emailed me back for contact details and going over what my requirements were for area of town, price range, size, etc…I called her after that from my location and found a bright, bubbly personality on the other end. A few days before I returned to the states, I emailed Brandell and told her that I would like to see some of the homes she sent me before I had to leave the country again. Upon my return, Brandell was ready and available with a list of homes to see. Within a few weeks, we found the perfect home. In addition, to my surprise, she had a nice little surprise for me…a rebate! I knew she offered 2% rebates on new homes, but we bought a pre-existing home. Brandell contributed .05% towards our closing costs, which really helped!

I really enjoyed working with Brandell. I found her to be very professional. She made our house hunting experience so easy and enjoyable. I have already referred Brandell to other friends and co-workers.
